Chapter 6 Dark cage!

Darkness made her lose count of the time; no one had asked whether she had been done reflecting on herself and figured out how to better take care of Hugh Lu; maybe Lu Family had forgotten her, maybe that was the original intention of the Master, to leave her die like this; people like her dead quietly in the Lu Family, no one would even care. Hungry and thirsty, she leaned against the wall, panting heavily and gasping for air, and she was finally sure of one thing in the darkness. The Lu Family would take her life at any moment.
