Hours of training later, Talia and I were completely drenched in sweat. The shirt I was wearing was disgustingly wet and clung to my back uncomfortably. I glanced at the sky. Night was upon us. The last rays of the sun was about to vanish in the horizon. We had around 40 minutes or so of daylight, then it would be so dark that we would barely see our faces outside.
Talia went down on her knees. Like me, she looked exhausted. "I call for a break."
"We can't."
