A fighter jet passed above as Brina placed a bouquet of flowers on her husband's gravestone. It was the time of World War, and her father was right. The humans liked to kill each other.
"How long has it been, Paris?" she asked her husband, or what was to be his remains. Brina had made sure that he was buried centuries ago on a hill overlooking the great Pantheon. Now the hill still stood, but the Pantheon wasn't as grand as she'd remembered when he used to serenade her. The structure was crumbling.
