CHAPTER 30 – Liam

The next hour as I drove to the house was quiet and uncomfortable. I kept sneaking glances at Bri’s face. She was laying back against the headrest, and her eyes were closed. Bri has the longest eyelashes that I have ever seen. They almost dust her cheek when closed; she is breathtaking. I could feel the soldier in my pants twitch, and I scowled. I needed to stop acting like a jealous boyfriend. I know that I have no right to that position, but I sure as hell would like to apply for the job....
