Daisy cried promptly, "Sorry, madam. I shouldn't have let you hurt yourself so."
Emma remarked, "Never mind. It's not a big deal."
"It's all the ugly princess!" Daisy said viciously. "Thank God that General Hercules helped us make it even."
Emma continued, "Right. All I do is to make Hercules love me. It's worthwhile. By the way, what about the Spring Garden?"
Daisy replied with pride, "Emma, you're always Hercules most loved one. Perhaps the kid in Sandy is not Hercules's. You can shake it off. Our general doesn't love her and also the kid at all. They will get abandoned."
Daisy knew well that Emma was fixated on the kid stuff. If it was Hercules's, Emma had to be alert—Hercules slept with that Sandy. It's dangerous. But the man was not happy with the kid.
Gradually, Emma managed to convince herself that it was probably because of a man's biological urge.
Daisy continued, "Even if she gets pregnant, the general won't like her. I heard that Hercules broke into the Spring Garden and slapped her, and even slammed her stomach into the corner of a table, making Sandy bleed right away."
Emma felt relief at hearing this news. Sandy deserved that!
"Doctors are summoned to the Spring Garden. But I guess the kid cannot survive this time. Even Sandy is still in a coma. See. Hercules hates both Sandy and the kid."
…
Sandy didn't wake up for several days, and she had a very long dream.
She dreamed about her experience in the entertainment community. But she could not go back to the previous life. Then, Sandy slowly opened her eyes.
In this life, she was Sandy Shen, the unfavorable Princess Jane of Da Chu, and General Hercules' wife. She decided to overturn this General's Mansion and went to the top of the world.
Seeing Sandy wake up, Dannie squatted on her bed and cried, Thank God, you're up. Or I'll die with you. It's all my fault."
Sandy was moved by this little girl who looked after her for so long. She worried about Sandy so much.
She softly patted Dannie on her back, her eyes going red, comforting, "No worries. It's just I sleep too long. Don't cry. Dannie, keep our smile."
Dannie nodded hurriedly, "Ok. Ok."
Zhao felt released as well and then hurried to ask the doctor for a follow-up.
The doctor said, "Princess Jane needs to stay in bed and recuperate carefully." Then he left a prescription and asked Zhao to prepare the medicine.
Dannie served Sandy carefully.
It had been a month since the last time the imperial physician came to check Sandy. This day, ordered by the emperor, Hercules returned with an imperial physician.
