"What!" General Deross's shout echoed through the room, leaving everyone in stunned silence. Albert, in particular, felt as if a bolt of lightning had struck him, leaving him dizzy and nearly collapsing to the ground in fear. "No! I never gave an order to arrest Mr. Temple! I don't even know who Mr. Temple is!" Albert's voice quivered, on the verge of tears. What on earth was happening? Just moments ago, he had confidently made a promise, only to be slapped in the face with this shocking news....
