Chapter 650: Zariah's Powers

Johnny turned to Zariah and said, "Ms. Vance, they're down below."  As he spoke, he grabbed a torch and led the way.  The staircase led downward, narrow and steep, so only one person could go at a time. After Zariah followed him down, two others lit torches and came behind to light the way. Since Zariah had taken Ethan's Vision Pills, she didn't need a torch. She sped up and stuck close behind Johnny.  As soon as she stepped into the downward passage, she heard the sound of running water....
