Chapter 37: Underground Auction

Eloise led Terry to the basement.  The room below was spacious and quiet, perfect for pill-making.  "Eloise, wait for me upstairs," Terry said, closing the door behind him.  He took out a rice cooker, sorted the herbs he had bought, and began his pill-making process.  Tossing the herbs into the rice cooker, a flame flickered at his fingertip, enveloping the cooker and refining the ingredients inside.  Before long, the room was filled with the rich aroma of herbs.
