Five burly, middle-aged security guards, swinging iron batons, slowly closed in on Adam.  They mused, "This kid clearly had no idea what it meant to mess with Mr. Tagerton." This was their chance to shine-if they did well, landing a promotion to head of security shouldn't be too hard.
