"You little bastard, how dare you do that to my son!" Emilio roared as he lunged at Carlos.
Emilio was a Martial Master.
His strength was far beyond that of any elite martial artist.
With a flick of his hand, he unleashed the Mason family's signature move: Lightning Whip.
He'd even mastered it to the max: Five Consecutive Lightning Whips.
His hand blurred into five afterimages, all crashing down toward Carlos.
This was the same move Emilio used three years ago to slaughter over a hundred people from the Carroll family.
Carlos stepped forward and grabbed Emilio's hand.
With a sickening crunch, he snapped Emilio's arm.
Then, turning his palm into a claw, he drove his fingers straight into Emilio's face.
"Don't hit the face!" Emilio howled, his face twisted in agony.
Carlos replied coldly, "Hitting your face is just the start! You owe my family an apology for the hundred lives you took!"
Boom!
Carlos crushed Emilio's head into a cloud of blood.
The headless corpse spurted blood everywhere, dropping to its knees with a thud.
"Holy shit!"
Everyone watching broke out in cold sweat and backed away into the corners.
Emilio Mason, a Martial Master, just got his head popped by Carlos.
"Mr. Emilio!" Dozens of Mason family members wailed and rushed Carlos, waving short knives.
How could a whole mob not take down Carlos? After all, that's exactly how they wiped out the Carroll family back then.
Wham! Wham! Wham!
Carlos smashed heads, skulls bursting, brains and blood splattering everywhere.
"He's a devil!"
The guests went pale as ghosts, some trying to bolt for the door, only for Carlos to wave his hand and slam the doors shut.
"Carlos!" Jaclyn walked over, her eyes full of surprise as she sized up Carlos, a flirty smile on her face.
"You're amazing!" she gushed, giving him a wink.
"Honestly, Carlos, I've always loved you. Fate just got in the way, but I'm willing to give us another chance. No woman could ever love you more than I do!"
"Bullshit!" A tall woman stepped out of the corner, her black dress hugging every curve.
Her fair, delicate face and killer body outclassed Jaclyn.
It was Nala Charlton.
Tonight, she looked drop-dead gorgeous and full of confidence.
Carlos spent a million dollars to buy her expensive clothes.
"Nala!" Jaclyn gritted her teeth in anger.
For the past three years, Jaclyn had gone out of her way to crush Nala.
She even sent people after her, but Nala always managed to escape.
Now, seeing Nala with Carlos threw her off.
"Jaclyn, you bitch!" Nala jabbed a finger at her.
"Three years ago, you helped take down the Carroll family! You bombed the place. You even killed a bunch of Carroll women and tried to have me gang-raped! You have the nerve to say you love Carlos? You don't deserve him! I'm the only one who'll always stand by him!"
Nala was on fire tonight, stunning and confident.
Her words hit hard, and Jaclyn's usual swagger just melted away.
All Jaclyn could do was grit her teeth in frustration.
"Nala, you bitch! I'm going to kill you both today!"
Jaclyn was only a few steps from Carlos when she suddenly lunged at him, a dagger flashing in her hand, aiming for his throat.
Jaclyn was also an elite martial artist.
"Surprised, Carlos? I'm an elite martial artist now!"
Jaclyn's eyes burned with killing intent.
She'd spent a fortune on training over the last three years.
Wham!
In a flash, before Jaclyn even knew what hit her, Carlos had grabbed the dagger and stabbed it right into her shoulder.
He then stabbed her repeatedly. He didn't hit anything vital, but every stab hurt like hell.
"Ahh!" Jaclyn's face turned ashen as she collapsed to her knees before Carlos.
If she hadn't been a peak elite martial artist, she'd be dead already.
With a flick of his wrist, Carlos pressed the blade to Jaclyn's throat.
"Carlos, don't kill my daughter! I'll agree to any terms!" William Johanson shouted anxiously.
Seeing Carlos's decisiveness, he knew his daughter wouldn't make it unless he stepped in.
Carlos nodded. "Fine, then tell me who ordered you to attack my family back then."
William hesitated, knowing that revealing the truth would mean his death at the hands of that powerful figure.
Jaclyn, seeing her father's hesitation, grew desperate.
"Dad, say it! Save me!" she cried, not even knowing who the real mastermind was.
William's face darkened as he struggled.
He could have more kids, but he only had one life.
He yelled, "Don't worry! If this brat kills you, I'll avenge you!"
Jaclyn was speechless.
She looked up at Carlos, begging, "Baby, please, don't kill me! I was wrong! If you let me live, I'll serve you just as I did before."
"You're my master, I'm your slave. I'll do whatever you want, just like three years ago! You liked it when I called you Daddy, right? I'll do it now. Daddy, hit me!"
"What the hell?"
The whole crowd was floored.
Jaclyn Johanson, Jaunce's superstar, was saying all this dirty stuff to Carlos.
Meanwhile, Emilio looked over and nearly gagged.
"You lying whore!" he shouted.
"Didn't you say Carlos never touched you? How come he took your virginity? You're shameless!"
Emilio lost it.
Humiliated beyond belief, he'd never been so shamed in his life. He started yelling and kicking like a madman.
In that instant, Jaclyn made her move.
She pulled out five poison darts and hurled them straight at Carlos.
"Die!" she screamed.
