After the couple finished having sex in the bathroom, Melissa lay limp across Billy's chest. She bit her lip as she panted, a sight so enticing I couldn't look away. Just as I wanted more, Billy scooped her up and carried her into the bedroom.
I went home still worked up. The stuff on my hand had dried sticky.
As I washed my hands, the disgrace of what I'd done hit me. Heat rushed to my face.
I lay on my bed, my heart still pounding. I couldn't calm down. At least it was late, and no one had seen me.
The night dragged on. Melissa's pale, gleaming body kept flashing through my mind. Heat surged through me. The fire down there wouldn't go out.
She was incredible. Billy went at it so hard, but he still couldn't satisfy her. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted her for myself, to get a taste of a married woman.
I couldn't get Melissa out of my head all night. The next morning, her gentle voice woke me.
"Gideon, are you up? I want to pick up some medicine."
I snapped awake and opened the door. There she was, fully dressed. The memory of her bare skin from last night flashed before me, and my head swam for a second.
"Melissa, what medicine do you want?"
Color rose to her cheeks. I followed her gaze to the bulge in my pants. She couldn't tear her eyes away from it, and her face flushed even deeper.
Pride surged in me. I didn't cover myself. I straightened up a little.
Damn, it still hadn't gone soft all night. Melissa must be itching for it, I thought.
"I'm fine. I have too much vigor," I said in a meaningful way.
Footsteps sounded outside. Oaklyn, the widow in Royphia Village, sashayed past in a high-slit dress, hips swaying. Her eyes locked on me, then dropped to the bulge in my pants, and my scalp tingled.
Oaklyn was notorious. Her husband had died young, leaving her a daughter. She dressed provocatively and flirted shamelessly. Every man in the neighborhood had visited her.
I hurried to close the door. In the mornings, many people pass by the clinic.
Even if nothing happened, it'd spark gossip, especially with someone like Oaklyn.
"Do you have any masculinity boost medicine?" Melissa whispered in my ear.
Masculinity boost? The thought jolted me. Had Billy been drained dry last night and was too weak to work today?
Or was he impotent, so Melissa had to rely on a dildo to take care of herself?
Melissa flushed hotter. She shifted nervously. "Gideon, you helped me last time. Please, keep this quiet."
"Is Billy just tired, or..." I asked as I reached for a bottle of kidney boost pills.
Melissa's face fell. Her gaze slid to the bulge in my pants. Hunger flickered deep in her eyes. "A doctor once said he had weak kidneys. He gets excited with masculinity boost pills."
I understood right away. It wasn't that Melissa was horny. Billy was impotent.
Pride surged inside me. If Billy couldn't, I could. She was more than he could handle. It was better to let someone who could really please her have the chance.
I tamped down my excitement and handed her the medicine. "Melissa, this is for a kidney boost. Don't take too much. It doesn't fix the underlying problem."
"We've been to so many hospitals," she sighed, disappointment heavy in her voice. "The doctors all say there's no cure."
A thrill shot through me. This was precisely the chance I'd been waiting for. I started to reel her in. "If Billy's got weak kidneys, I heard there's a remedy that can actually cure it."
Melissa's head snapped up. She grabbed my arm, her breasts pressing close to my hands. "Gideon, what remedy is that?"
I coughed to steady myself, then lowered my voice, trying to sound mysterious. "Have you heard that a woman's fluids can give a man a masculinity boost?"
