Richard Zerba stood there with chocolates and roses, unsure whether to set them down or take them back. He walked up to Leonard Zimmerman, put the bouquet and the box on the desk, and smiled. "If Lauryn Tibbert doesn't want them, just leave them here. Some little kids come in for treatment. They might like some candy."
Leonard looked up and returned the smile. "Then I'll thank you on their behalf. Anything else?"
