Chapter 43: Without Rules, There's No Order

Gabriel kept quiet, went straight upstairs, and retreated to his room. Madison, lying in bed, heard his door click shut. After a moment's hesitation, she slid off her mattress, padded over, and pushed his door open. "Aah!" She yelped at the sight inside. Gabriel happened to be changing. He had just stepped out of his pants to pull on pajama bottoms and hadn't expected Madison to barge in. He glanced down, curled his lip, and muttered to himself, "It's not like I'm naked. What's there to freak...
