Damon had already been waiting for Royce to make his move. When he caught the sports car lunging up behind him in the mirror, he raised an eyebrow.  He twisted the throttle hard, banked into the turn, and skimmed the curb, slicing past Royce's car in a narrow flash. "Damn it!" Royce ground his teeth and slammed the brakes. The car had already shot off for more than ten meters.
