The Draven vault was three hundred feet underground, built into the bedrock of their mountain fortress. I walked in through the front door. Not metaphorically. I literally walked through their main entrance, past their guards, through their security checkpoints. The Solaris light rolling off my skin burned every vampire who tried to touch me.
