"Wakie wakie, Ashy," said Raphael. He was standing next to the car, and I could only make out half of his frame.
I extended my arms fully and gave a slack yawn. Yawn*
"What is the purpose of your intense stare?" I automatically cover my chest with my arms, as if I were nude or something.
"Would you mind getting out of the car?"Raphael questioned me.
I turned to look around and saw Jayden and the driver offloading our boxes. Whoa! We had arrived home. I slowly descended, my vision still a little fuzzy.
After they had finished bringing the luggage inside the house, the driver was ready to leave.
"Goodbye, Ariel, I will see you around," He pressed the accelerator and took off quickly. How come he called me Arie L? I could not help but recognize the name Ariel.
"Where did I hear about it?" was the question running through my head. Raphaeleal was saying, "Home...sweet home."
I examined the structure carefully; it resembles a mobile home.
I give a nod.
A tiny smile crept onto my lips when I noticed a tiny garden filled with roses and lilies in its place, along with a lone almond tree bearing a few nuts..
"It is lovely!" I entertained a thought..
Perhaps Raphael had a point. I may never leave this wonderful house.
Someone taps me on the shoulder, and I turn... Behind me are Jayden and Raphael. Jayden digs his hands into his pockets while Raphael flashes a beaming smile.
"So...what are your thoughts?" Raphael enquired.
They were both staring at me expectantly, waiting for me to say something.
I smirked mentally; they were now asking for my opinion...so it did matter.
"Ashy, is it to your liking?"It was Raphael again.
I give a nod.
"Well... it is not bad."
Jayden lets out a sigh of relief as Raphael claps his hands together; a tiny smile twitches the corner of his mouth; he was genuinely concerned that I would not like the location.
"Very good," exclaimed Raphael.
Jayden flipped to face the door. As we made our way to the door, Raphael pulled me along with him. I am hoping the interior will not let me down.
I halted suddenly.
"What about school?"
They both scowl.
"School?" They asked at once.
"Yeah...when will I resume school?" This is my senior year, and I cannot be left behind.
Raphael laughed.
"Chill...Jay did not forget you were a bookworm."
"Bookworm? Me? No way!" I broke him off.
He arched his left eyebrow at me and said, "So you are a...nerd?"
"Nor am I a nerd!" I grew irate.
He gives a desperate nod.
"Yes, indeed...! "id.
I grinned. Well, at least they were aware of my passion for learning.
"Whoa!"
I was overcome with awe at this location's beauty. It is truly a thousand times more beautiful here than it was at our previous house..
Beneath the Parisian plaster, there is a gorge, or a glistening chandelier. My eyes found their way to the tall French windows and the...
Hold on, now is not the moment for a description. The room that faces the garden through its window must be mine..
I yelled before rushing ThRaphaelpheall! Bring my luggage in..
He grumbles, but I can hear him pulling my luggage along..
Once inside, I made my way straight to the window. As I cracked it open and inhaled the crisp aroma, I grinned..
Amidst the flowers, I could see the butterflies soaring..
"I had a feeling you would adore this location!"Raphael spoke behind me.e
I rolled my eyes at him because, at the time, it seemed like he knew me too well..
Raphael left my bags behind and headed outside. I shut the door after him. I sighed deeply as my eyes scanned the empty room. I had better get started unpacking.
I heard Jayden say, "Adam, we need to talk," from my room. He was speaking of Raph. Jayden's room was down the passway, and Raphael's was directly across from mine. I adored it exactly as it
was.*smiles*
From his room, Raphael cried, "Just a minute, Lion."He was undoubtedly in the shower.
Still packing my clothes, I thought, "Neatest kid."
*giggles*
Jay said, "Adam, meet me at the basement," and descended the steps.
Aarghh!
I detest it when my brothers refer to themselves by those strange names when I am not around. Raphael bolted from his room and made his way downstairs. I wonder what they planned to discuss..
*sigh*
I collapsed into the plush bed with a loud sigh. When I was finally finished unpacking, my splitting headache called for a quick nap..
