Chapter 8: The visit

After Angel's sister's visit, we talked a bit. It sounds like she might be her quintuplet sister. They also look like each other a lót. I didn't know she had any siblings, let alone that she was part of a quintuplet. "But the thing is, where is my little sister?" She asks. She calls her her little sister because Angel is the youngest of the quintuplets, and she is the oldest. She also told us her name, it is Leilani. She also told us that Angel's real name is Alira. It isn't that strange that her real name is different; my parents gave her the name Angel. "I assume that you don't know either, the reason why I'm here is because some guys that searched for her thought I was her," She says. "We assume that she is at the Black Claw pack because we saw that one of their alphas kidnapped her when we looked at the security footage," My dad says. She looks like she is thinking. It's a few hours late, and her other sisters have arrived. They all look the same, but everyone another hairstyle and body type. Again, I'm not a pervert.. I'm trying to keep them apart. We made a deal, they will help us find Angel, I mean, Alira. Even though her real name, her real parents gave her, is Alira, she will always be our little Angel. After searching so long for her long-lost sister, they have the right to see her too. She told me that Angel was the only one with their parents that day, the day she went missing. Leilani and the others escaped with the help of their parents' friends, who later adopted them. You might be wondering, why wouldn't you go to the BlackClaw pack if you saw the Alpha of that pack kidnap her? Well, first of all, we can't just storm another Alpha's territory; we all signed an agreement. In the agreement, it says that you can't go to other packs unannounced, which only counts for Alpha's and Luna's etc. Normal pack members can, but they have to verify their identity first at the borderlines. It's kind of like the customs; they decide if you can cross the border. For example, some packs allow weapons and some don't. So in some packs, they won't let you cross if you have a gun with you. We also tried to contact the Alphas of the Black Claws, but we didn't get a response. They kind of disappeared. The beta of their pack told us they were going on a holiday and would be gone for a while. Even he doesn't know where they went, or for how long they will be gone. That's why we are so worried. We don't know where she is, and we don't know what they are going to do to her either. "Don't worry, we will find her, I have this feeling she's okay and everything will turn out well," My mate says. I sigh and relax a bit. I don't know what I would do without my mate. I kiss her full on the mouth. She giggles. "Thanks for being there for me," I say and kiss her passionately on the mouth. ~*~*~*~ Leilani's POV It's the next day. My sisters and I stayed the night at their pack house. Mia was right, Alira is very lucky that she got adopted by them. They are super nice people and genuinely love her as their own. We have talked a bit and came up with a plan. Because they are Alpha's they can't just go to another pack; they will see it as a threat. But a few days passed, and they still didn't get an answer or a sign of her, so they decided to eventually go there, despite the agreement. My sisters and I will go with them. They tried to stop us at first. They thought it might be dangerous, because they could see it as a threat and attack us, but we have searched for her for years now and have finally found her. ... Kinda. So we will go with them. We finished our breakfast and now we're walking towards the cars. A few of their soldiers come with us too, you never know what will happen. Eventually, we will go with 4 cars. I hope we will find my sister today. ~*~*~*~ Angel's POV Juan is shaking my shoulders, which wakes me up. "Wake up," He says softly. "How late is it?" I'm still tired. "It's 9 o'clock," He says. "Too early,y" I say. "It's not even that early," He says. "Y,eah but if you can s,leep then why wake up?" I say. He rolls his eyes and picks me up. "After breakfast, we have to leave. Because of you, we haven't done our duties for a few days now, we need to go back to wo,rk. He s, says a bit sad while walking down the stairs. "So why did you have to wake m?e up?" I say. "Because we can't just leave without letting you know," He says. He puts me down when we're in the kitchen. The others are already here and are eating breakfast. I sit down at the dining room table and start eating as well. "From n, ow on we will be gone from 7 o'clock to 3 o'clock, except for the w, of course. Our betas will look af,ter you," Jaxon says. "I don't need a babysitter," I say pettily. "It's for your safety," Jaxon says. "What do you think I am? A toddler?" I say petty. "No,o but you are an Omega," Jaxon says. "I can take care of myself,f" I say. "But it will make me feel more comfortable if someone would watch you," He says and pouts. I roll my eyes. "Fin,e" I say. He gives me a cheek. After they left, Jace's Beta Levi and Jesse's Beta Isaiah stayed. Kai, Jayde,n, and Gael didn't stay because they left with the Thalas. ~*~*~*~ Jonah's POV Kai mindlinks me. "She escaped!" He says. "What? Who?" Iamk confused. "Your mate Angel," He says. "What? Where is she?!" I ask him. "She's at the west borderline," He says. I turn into my wolf and run immediately toward him ."Alpha Tristan is also here!" He says. "What?! I'm coming right now, and I will mindlink the others," I say. They are trying to steal my mate, and I won't let them take her away from me. "Come to the west borderline now!" I mindlink the others. "Why?" Jaxon asks, confused. "Angel escape, and Alpha Tristan is he;e, he is here to steal our mate," I say. "What! How could Levi let her escape?" Jace says, ", O h I'm going to murder Isaiah after that," Jesse says. The Betas were supposed to watch her. I would be very angry if Kai let her escape, too. The main reason why we leftour Betasss with her is so she couldn't escape, what she apparently just did. "How did she get there so fast, though? She is an Omega," Juan says. Good point. The western border is the farthest away from our house. Our house is a bit further away from our pack. It is still on our ground, but our city is surrounded by forest. The closest borderline would be the East borderline, why would she go to the one that's the furthest away? ~*~*~*~ Isaiah's POV "You Idiot! How could you let her escape?" Jesse screams through the mindlink. I frown. "What are you talking about?" I ask him, confused. "About Angel, of course!" He says angrily. "But I just saw her an hour ago," I said, still confused. "But that was an hour ago! She was seen with Alpha Tristan at the west borderline!" He says. But how did she get there so fast? I didn't even see her leave the house. "Hey Levi, have you seen Angel?" I ask Levi. "Alpha Jace said she was at the west borderline, but I haven't seen her leave the house," He says. "Me neither," I say. ~*~*~*~ Angel's POV "I last saw her here," Isaiah says and walks with Levi into my room. "What?" I ask them. "Nothing," Isaiah says, and closes the door when they leave. ... Okay? ~*~*~*~ Jonah's POV "Levi says she's still at home," Jace says. "Y, Isaiah said it too," Jesse says. What the hell? "I'm already at the borderline, though," I say. I can see Kai and some of our soldiers fighting against Tristan and his son, Alpha Dylan, and a few of their soldiers. It's not like a real fig, ht they are holding themselves in, they are even inhuman form. Our soldiers are just trying to catch them. I shift back into human form and quickly put on some pants Kai handed me. "Let go of me!" A female voice says. It sounds familiar. I smell in the air and smell the most delicious scent I have ever smelled. It smells almost the same as Angel's. When I look at the person who said it, I freeze.
