The priest was none other than Benjamin's master, Vioheart.
"Benjamin, you were born into a wealthy family, enjoyed sixteen years of luxury, spent three years in the mountains training your body, and one year in the mortal world refining your mind. You've experienced both the riches and the hardships of life. You have passed my final test!"
"Master..." Benjamin began, but Vioheart cut him off.
"There's no need for more words. By the time you see me, I will have long since departed. This is merely a fragment of my divine consciousness. Today, with the unsealing, I bestow upon you three treasures!"
"The first is a storage ring. It contains a universe within, allowing you to carry a number of items with you."
"The second is The Goddess Picture, a treasure I acquired by chance from beyond Earth. Though it holds immense power, its mysteries remain unsolved. I hope you will be the one to unlock its secrets."
"And lastly, the third is an amulet. Though I'm billions of light-years away, this amulet holds three pieces of my divine consciousness. If you ever face danger, it can help you three times when you need it most."
The storage ring fell into Benjamin's palm, transforming into a ring that he placed on his little finger.
The Goddess Picture merged into Benjamin's consciousness, drifting within his mind.
The amulet embedded itself into his chest.
"Inside the storage ring, you'll find some of my personal items—pills, and a hundred and eighty marriage proposals I prepared for you. These are from well-off families. If any of them catch your eye, you may marry them. If not, you can break off the engagement. You'll also find my verdant sword and other items, which you'll need to sort out for yourself."
"Furthermore, I have one more piece of advice for you. Keep it close to your heart."
"On the path of cultivation, clarity of thought is what you seek. Act according to your heart; be wild when needed, and kill when necessary. Do not be merciful or saintly."
"Cultivation is devoid of human emotions and worldly concerns; it's about fighting and surviving."
"There are countless rules in the world, but the rule above all rules, the most primal rule, is absolute strength!"
"Farewell, Benjamin. I hope that someday, we will meet again!"
With that, Vioheart's figure faded, and the world around Benjamin spun and vanished.
Benjamin could feel the seals on his organs gradually lifting.
His power was returning!
Even though his eyes were still closed, traces of light began to appear.
He took off his sunglasses and slowly got up.
Even with his eyes closed, a glimmer of light began to filter in.
Meanwhile, Meena and Hovier were in the midst of their affair, the atmosphere at its peak.
"Darling, I... I have recovered!" Benjamin suddenly exclaimed, opening his eyes.
In an instant, the reflection in his eyes showed two figures, both undressed, their faces frozen in shock.
Hovier, who had been on the verge of climax, saw Benjamin staring directly at him. He froze in place, utterly stunned.
Damn it! It was too sudden!
Meena was equally shocked and surprised!
Benjamin's eyes, which had once been completely blank, now looked just like any normal person's, and she could clearly see herself in his reflection, caught in her compromising position.
Had he really regained his sight?
A blind man recovering just like that?
And the very first thing he saw upon regaining his sight was Meena and Hovier in the middle of their betrayal!
The three of them stared at each other, paralyzed by shock.
Benjamin was just as stunned.
He never expected that his vision would return at such a shocking moment.
His mind filled with curses, he wasn't sure whether to express his frustration or not.
"Darling, you..." Meena stammered, showing a hint of panic, instinctively calling out to him.
Benjamin wanted to ask what they were doing, but the question felt too foolish.
He paused, then stared at Meena and asked, "Is this what you meant by eating spicy snacks?"
Confronted by Benjamin's question, Meena and Hovier snapped out of their shock and panic.
Meena, feeling Hovier shrink like a worm, reluctantly adjusted her disheveled dress and cast a cold glance at Benjamin. "I didn't expect you actually to recover. Why did you have to regain your sight at such a moment? It's disgusting and such a mood killer!"
"Yeah, it's really a mood killer!" Hovier added.
He looked at Benjamin with disdain. "Get out of here. Stay outside. I want to continue!"
Benjamin frowned, disbelief clouding his thoughts.
How could this be?
The person who had delivered food to him every day and helped fend off bullies—how could they be involved in such morally reprehensible actions?
And they had the audacity to say he was disgusting and a mood killer?
"Ha!" Benjamin laughed—a furious laugh!
Ignoring Hovier, he turned his attention to Meena. "It's only been three months since we got married. If you've done something like this, why did you say you liked me three months ago and wanted to marry me? Why did you deliver food to me every day?"
"If you want to know, I don't mind telling you," Meena sneered.
"First of all, it wasn't me who sent you food. It was our housekeeper, Betty. You know her; she's mute and can't speak. As for marrying you..."
"Here's the truth: since Hovier likes someone else's wife, I decided to marry you, a blind man. You're blind and can't see anything, so you're easy to manipulate. Understand?"
Now that they had been exposed, Meena didn't bother hiding it anymore.
She wasn't worried about what Benjamin would do.
In her eyes, he was just a pathetic weakling. Even if he had recovered, he was still a useless person with no family, background, or money—completely insignificant.
On the other hand, Hovier was wealthy and a warrior!
Compared to Hovier, Benjamin was nothing to fear.
"Let me introduce you to Hovier, Hovier Winston. His family is rich, with assets in the hundreds of millions. He's also a second-grade warrior, capable of killing you with a single slap. You're just a toy for Hovier and me. So, how does it feel now that you know the truth? Still not leaving to guard the door?"
Meena's words were harsh and degrading, belittling Benjamin to the utmost.
"So that's how it is."
Benjamin didn't get angry at Meena's words. Instead, he grew calm.
As a cultivator, his mind was quick and adaptable.
In the end, it was Meena's loss for betraying him.
For him, it was just a matter of minimizing his losses.
He now understood the purpose of his master's one-year training in mindfulness.
Without a strong mind, the path of cultivation could easily lead to madness.
He viewed the current situation as just another test.
Fortunately… the person who sent him food was not Meena, but Betty!
An eye for an eye, a kindness must be repaid.
That was Benjamin's motto.
He gave a deep, penetrating look at the two individuals in front of him.
Benjamin let out a light chuckle and turned to leave.
"Haha, as expected, you're worthless. You don't even dare to say a word to retort me!"
Meena took the opportunity to sit on Hovier's lap, her sarcasm growing more intense.
She shouted, "You useless piece of trash since you've discovered the truth, the game is over. We'll get a divorce tomorrow!"
"Hovier, let's continue."
"Continue my ass." Hovier's eyes flickered with a hint of displeasure.
The recent scare had rattled him, and Benjamin's strange calmness was unsettling.
He had played with many women and had been caught several times.
None had reacted as calmly as Benjamin.
Hovier felt something was off, though he couldn't pinpoint what exactly.
As Benjamin stepped out the door, Hovier suddenly felt the ground shake and frowned. "I told you to stop shaking."
"I'm not…" Meena replied, confusion on her face.
Before she could finish her sentence, the entire house began to shake violently...
"Not good, an earthquake!" Hovier's face changed drastically.
He pushed Meena away and rushed to escape.
"Whoosh!"
But at that moment, a kitchen knife flew out on its own, slicing through the air with a whoosh, grazing Hovier's legs.
He felt a sudden chill in his groin as if something had fallen.
He was momentarily stunned, unable to react...
"Boom!"
The small villa where the two were located collapsed with a thunderous crash!
Dust and debris filled the air!
Benjamin didn't look back. It was as if he had anticipated this outcome.
With his hands behind his back, he walked away, step by step.
Benjamin's life was governed by a principle: repay kindness and exact revenge.
Although he viewed Meena's betrayal as a test of his mindset, revenge was another matter entirely.
The two were separate issues and didn't affect his desire for retribution.
The house had collapsed.
Whether Meena and Hovier were dead or alive was of no concern to him.
If they had died, it was their misfortune. If they had survived, their future would be even more miserable.
"Ha..."
Walking out of the courtyard, Benjamin took a deep breath and gazed up at the sky.
“It's back. Everything is returned!”
A golden light flashed between his pinky fingers.
The storage ring appeared.
"Sword... Come out!" Benjamin's voice was slightly lazy but commanding.
"Whoosh!"
Within the storage ring, the verdant sword appeared, spinning a few times in mid-air, crackling with sparks of electricity, growing larger, and positioning itself in front of Benjamin.
He stepped onto it.
"Let's go!"
"Whoosh!"
With the wind howling, Benjamin flew on the sword, ascending rapidly into the sky.
"What is that?"
Above the clouds, an airplane was flying smoothly through the mist.
On the radar, a strange object suddenly appeared.
In the cockpit, the beautiful pilot, Minnie, saw a young man with his hands behind his back, standing proudly, weaving through the clouds!
