Based on the investigation materials previously provided by the major general, after Alice gave birth to a daughter, the child took her surname.
The child's name was Daisy Simpson.
In other words, the little girl being surrounded, bullied, and humiliated by those boys, unable to escape and crying, was none other than Lorenzo's beloved daughter.
It felt like a muffled thunder had exploded within his body, releasing his internal energy uncontrollably. Centered around Lorenzo, within a ten-meter radius, trash on the ground was lifted without wind, the floor beneath his feet creaked, cracks appeared in the hotel's glass doors. The two receptionists at the entrance turned pale, feeling an icy chill and numbness in their scalps.
Outside the prison gates, Lorenzo remained calm even when facing dozens of burly men and did not unleash his internal energy.
But now, he couldn't hold back.
With a single step, his figure turned into a blur and vanished from sight. In the blink of an eye, he had crossed several dozen meters.
"You guys are the bastards!"
"I have a dad! Mommy said my dad is a super invincible hero who went far away, but one day, he will come back and beat all of you away!"
Lorenzo silently appeared behind the group of boys and heard Daisy's stubborn voice.
Daisy was squatting on the ground.
Her face was stained with tears, but she didn't wipe them away. She lifted her small chin proudly, her gaze and tone firm, as if she believed that her never-before-seen father was a super invincible hero.
She had no doubt and was proud of it.
"Pfft!"
The boys stopped. One of them spat disdainfully at Daisy and rolled his eyes. "Only a fool like you would believe such childish lies!"
The other boys seemed to follow his lead and immediately chimed in.
"Exactly! My mom said you were just a bonus from a phone credit deposit!"
"Your dad is probably dead already."
"A super invincible hero? Do you think your dad is Ultraman and can fight monsters?"
"Hahahahahaha…"
Eight boys mocked Daisy one after another.
"Enough talking, pull down your pants and pee on her!"
The leading boy suddenly unzipped his pants and smirked. "Didn't you say you have a dad? Didn't you say your dad is a super invincible hero? Fine, shout out loud and see if he dares to answer!"
"If not, I'll answer! I'll be your dad, how about that?"
"I'll be her dad too!"
Laughing, the eight boys eagerly began to take off their pants.
However, just as they were halfway through, an overwhelming chill suddenly swept over them from behind. It was as if the scorching summer had instantly turned into a freezing winter, sending shivers down their spines.
Except for Daisy, who was trapped in the middle.
Lorenzo had precise control over his internal energy and would never harm his precious daughter.
"So cold!"
"What's happening?"
Shocked, the boys hurriedly pulled their pants back up and turned to look at the man who had suddenly appeared behind them.
Lorenzo stood there. At over six feet tall, his physique was strong and muscular, and his gaze was as cold as a blade.
Just standing there, he was like a ferocious beast.
"Aah!"
How could a group of boys under ten withstand such an intimidating presence? At just one look, before Lorenzo even spoke, two boys burst into tears on the spot, while three others tried to run but tripped and fell.
"You, you, you…"
The leading boy gulped, shrank his neck, and forced himself to ask, "Mister, who are you? Did this little bastard call you for help?"
Slap!
A red handprint appeared on his face as soon as he finished speaking.
"You dare hit me?"
The boy covered his face with his hand, enraged. "Do you know who I am? Do you know who my dad is?"
Slap!
Another slap landed.
This time, a red handprint appeared on his other cheek.
"You!"
The boy held his face with both hands, his eyes filled with fear as he looked at Lorenzo. He opened his mouth but swallowed his words, no longer daring to be arrogant.
Tears streamed down his face.
Initially, Lorenzo didn't want to hit a child.
But this boy was different. Lorenzo recognized him immediately—he was Fred's son. The major's files had his photo and information.
Grayson Simpson, nine years old.
Daisy was his cousin. Yet not only did he fail to look after her, but he also even gathered a group of boys to bully her.
He even wanted to humiliate her publicly.
He deserved to be hit.
If he weren't just a nine-year-old child, Lorenzo, in his fury, would have slapped him to death.
"From now on, no one is allowed to bully Daisy. Understood?"
Lorenzo swept his gaze across the boys, his voice sharp.
The boys looked at each other in terror. One of them was so scared that he wet himself.
"If you have urine, don't waste it. Didn't you want to pee? Fine, hold him down and pee on him. Whoever pees the most and aims the best gets 10 dollars."
Lorenzo pulled out a 10-dollar-bill and casually pointed at Grayson, who was still wiping his tears.
"Anyone who refuses is his accomplice. Don't blame me for being ruthless!" Seeing no one responding, Lorenzo added coldly.
"I'll do it!"
Whether out of greed for money or fear of Lorenzo, a chubby boy gritted his teeth, stepped forward, and strode toward Grayson.
"Me too!"
"I want to pee on him too…"
Once someone took the lead, the others followed suit. In the blink of an eye, they surrounded Grayson. He turned pale with fear and tried to run, but how could he escape?
He was pinned to the ground within seconds, just like Daisy had been earlier.
An eye for an eye.
Lorenzo casually tossed the 10-dollar bill toward the group of kids and walked toward Daisy. Holding the still-frightened girl in his arms, his previously cold expression softened into warmth. He asked gently, "Daisy, are you okay?"
"Mister, do you know me? How do you know my name?"
Daisy was very well-behaved. She didn't struggle but looked up at Lorenzo with wide, blinking eyes full of curiosity.
Lorenzo smiled. "I know your dad."
"Really?"
Daisy's eyes lit up joyfully, but then she pouted and said, "You're lying! Mommy said my dad went far away. You can't possibly know him. I'm not a three-year-old. I won't fall for your trick."
"How old are you then?"
"I'm already four! I'm not that easy to trick."
Daisy lifted her chin proudly.
"Four-year-olds are so smart."
Lorenzo gently pinched her tiny nose, his heart warm. He smiled and said, "I'll take you to find your mom, okay?"
"Okay!"
Daisy nodded, then asked, "Grandma wouldn't let me in. Grayson said a bad guy wants to be my dad. Mister, you're so strong. You helped me deal with those little bad guys. Can you also beat up the big bad guy for me later?"
Hearing this, Lorenzo's face darkened. Holding Daisy, he stepped into the Royale Hotel, thinking, "Other than your dad, I'll beat up anyone for you."
