"Tony, this chick isn't bad either. Why don't we grab her, too? Once you're done, we can have some fun too!"
A sleazy man with a pockmarked face and beady eyes rubbed his hands together as he ogled Freya and Sophia.
"Alright, let's do it your way. Toss them into the car!"
Tony said. His wicked intentions were clear.
Suddenly, four thugs charged forward, terrifying Sophia.
Freya struggled fiercely, shouting, "You bunch of thugs! This is Draconia! You're too arrogant!"
"This is illegal!" Freya yelled.
"Illegal? Haha, in Draconia, I make the rules!" Tony sneered.
"You two innocent girls haven't seen the darkness of society, but you will soon."
Tony turned to get into the car, eager to take advantage of the situation.
The neighbors, scared, hid in their homes, watching helplessly as the two girls were taken away.
At that moment, Walter arrived, arms full of groceries, a smile on his face.
When he saw Freya being lifted from her wheelchair and about to be shoved into a car, his smile vanished.
His eyes flared with an icy fury, a rage that burned from his chest to the top of his head.
His eyes instantly turned blood-red.
"Walter! Walter…"
Freya cried out in despair.
"It's no use shouting. Scream all you want! No one will save you!" the sleazy man taunted, reaching toward Freya's chest.
Just as he was about to make contact, Freya's eyes widened in shock.
A large hand appeared out of nowhere, clamping down on the sleazy man's wrist.
"Your hands can do many things!"
"But they must never defile my sister!"
Suddenly, a cold voice echoed in the sleazy man's ear.
The pain from his wrist made him turn around in fury, only to be confronted by Walter's face, twisted with malevolence and emitting a dark, murderous aura.
The sleazy man felt as if he had fallen into an abyss.
"It's a ghost!" he screamed.
The next second, a cracking sound rang out.
The sound of bones breaking echoed through the air.
The sleazy man trembled all over. His face was pale, and his lips turned purple as cold sweat drenched him.
He opened his mouth to let out a piercing scream. "Ahhh! My hand, my..."
Before he could finish, a massive fist smashed into his mouth, shattering his teeth and splitting his lips, rendering his words unintelligible.
Simultaneously, Walter launched a powerful kick, hitting the sleazy man's groin.
The sickening sound of his balls breaking resonated throughout the yard, sending shivers down everyone's spine.
It was a pain so visceral it hurt to witness it.
"Who the hell are you daring to ruin my plans?"
Tony snarled, pulling out a knife and approaching menacingly.
However, Walter turned and charged forward.
His knee shot up, slamming into Tony's chest.
Tony couldn't even scream before he flew backward.
He crashed into the crane's glass, shattering it as his body caved in.
"Ugh!"
Tony coughed up blood, unable to stand, his head drooping.
Standing in front of the car, Walter gently placed Freya back in her wheelchair.
He covered her eyes with his hand.
"Freya, close your eyes. Don't look."
As Walter spoke, Freya obediently closed her eyes.
Beside her, Sophia was stunned, climbing out of the car. Two thugs tried to grab her, but Walter kicked them back.
Thud!
"Ah!"
The car shook violently as the door on the opposite side burst open, the two thugs crashing through it.
The kick was terrifying.
The other thugs raised their knives but hesitated, too terrified to approach.
"Three seconds! Anyone in my sight dies!"
Walter growled, his voice like a raging wolf.
Some thugs, not believing him, swung their knives and charged at Walter.
Walter scoffed, glancing at them out of the corner of his eye. Supporting himself on one end of the wheelchair, he spun sideways into the air.
His legs whipped through the air, howling like the wind.
His foot struck the thugs' faces and mouths, sending blood spraying.
Screams erupted as the thugs were swept off their feet, crashing to the ground, unconscious.
Seeing this, the rest scattered, fleeing in all directions.
Walter didn't pursue them. Killing a few thugs meant nothing to him, but he didn't want to reveal his violent side to Freya.
He didn't want her to see him as a killer.
After ensuring Freya was safe inside, Walter returned outside, ready to confront the chaos.
Sophia approached, looking concerned.
"You're Walter, right?"
She asked, hesitant to come closer, visibly nervous.
"You should go. Thanks for taking care of my sister." Walter nodded.
"It's dangerous here. Don't stay too long."
Hearing this, Sophia nodded, then turned to leave.
Curious, she glanced back at Walter a few times. Contrary to her expectations, Walter seemed genuinely protective of Freya, not the delinquent she had imagined.
Her first impression was positive.
After Sophia left, Walter climbed onto the crane, dragging Tony down.
"Tell me, who sent you?"
A slap woke the unconscious Tony.
His body was broken, too weak to move, his breath shallow.
Seeing Walter's deathly expression, Tony was terrified.
He had never encountered someone so ruthless.
"It was Aiden Clayton."
"Please don't kill me. Give me a chance to live."
Tony confessed everything, not daring to hide a thing, feeling the threat of death looming over him.
Walter inhaled deeply upon hearing this.
It was the Clayton family again.
They had killed his parents and now wanted to demolish his home.
Freya would have been in danger if he had not returned in time.
The thought fueled his rage, turning his eyes blood-red.
He released Tony, mindful of the public setting and the many eyes watching.
He didn't want to complicate things by committing murder.
Thud!
Tony fell from the crane, hitting the ground and passing out again.
Just then, police sirens pierced the air.
A female officer in a striking red leather jacket strode in, her team swiftly securing the scene.
