Li Family Manor.
Late at night.
Andrew Li stealthily entered Nora's room, gently tucking her in under the covers.
The little girl was sound asleep, and Andrew Li watched her for a while before quietly leaving the room.
Just as he stepped outside, he saw Barry Lu approaching to report, "Sir, I went to that restaurant as you instructed, but the surveillance cameras were all malfunctioning, and we couldn't find any information."
Upon hearing this, Andrew Li furrowed his brow slightly and said, "What a coincidence?"
He had his suspicions, and now the surveillance cameras at the restaurant happened to be broken?
Barry Lu appeared somewhat hesitant and said, "It might be a coincidence. After all, Madam... I mean, Miss Jiang has been gone for so long, and we haven't had any news of her for all these years. It's unlikely that she would suddenly appear in the country."
As soon as he finished speaking, he noticed the change in his master's expression, which instantly turned grave.
Barry Lu felt a tightening in his chest and didn't say anything more.
"I understand," Andrew Li said cryptically before turning and entering his bedroom.
Early the next morning.
Ja Jiang had breakfast and then took her two little ones to the prestigious nursery school recommended by Ava Xi.
She was highly efficient in her work, and after confirming the nursery school last night, she had settled all the necessary arrangements.
Today, she brought her two little ones here to complete the enrollment procedures.
As Ava Xi had mentioned, this nursery school in Hai city had a high entry bar, and the students inside were all either wealthy or noble children.
The school also had strict criteria for parents.
As soon as Ja Jiang arrived at the principal's office, she was asked to provide her profession and net worth, along with relevant documentation.
Fortunately, Ava Xi had prepared her for this, and Ja Jiang was well-prepared.
Although she wasn't a CEO or a board member, her top-notch medical skills had earned her quite a bit of money over the years, surpassing the net worth required by the school.
After checking her documents, the principal's attitude became more respectful. "Miss Jiang, I will now process the enrollment procedures for your children. Please sign here."
Ja Jiang cooperatively wrote her name.
Soon, the principal called in a gentle-looking nursery teacher and asked her to take the two little ones to the classroom to familiarize them with the environment and classmates.
The two little ones waved to Ja Jiang and followed the teacher without crying or fussing.
Watching their figures disappear around the corner, Ja Jiang got up and thanked the principal.
Unlike other parents, she was confident about her two little ones.
They had been with her at the research institute since they were young, growing up among people, so they weren't shy and had strong adaptability.
As for the curriculum at the nursery school, it posed no difficulty for the two little prodigies.
She was more concerned that they might bully other children, considering how they had tormented the high-end talents at the research institute.
On the other side, the two little ones were led by the teacher, looking around curiously as they walked.
Until they entered the classroom.
Upon entering, the teacher warmly introduced them to everyone, saying, "Kids, these two are our new classmates. Let's all welcome them, shall we?"
The children below looked at the two little ones with curiosity.
The two little ones were not the least bit shy and introduced themselves confidently.
They were cute and outgoing. After introducing themselves, Harlan looked around and suddenly, his gaze fixed on someone in the crowd. He gently tugged on his brother's sleeve and whispered, "Brother, look, isn't that our half-sister from a different mother? She's in this class too!"
