CHAPTER 10

Once we got to the garage, another pair of security guard were waiting for us. They led us to a black SUV and opened the door for me to get in to the back.

"Is everything alright, Ms. King?" Edward asked, in an emotionless tone. I nodded as I put my seat belt on, even though I was lying.
