"Alpha Axel I..." My lips suddenly stopped moving as soon as I saw a particular scene, Alpha Axel was fucking kissing another lady. He pushed her as soon as he saw me. I didn't know how to react at that moment. I ran out of words and kept staring at both. The lady was already on the floor, groaning due to how Alpha Axel roughly pushed her. "Scarlet,t I..." I interrupted him immediately. "I guess I will have to come back later," I rushed my wor, ds and suddenly faked a smile. I closed the door immediately and sat in front of it. I helped my chest and could suddenly feel pain in it. "Did he just cheat on us? I thought he was different. You should go in and teach that lady a lesson so she won't mess with your man. She might have been trying to force herself on our mate!" Kyra yelled, and I took a deep breath. "Calm down, Kyra, don't forget that I am just his mate, so he could protect me. I shouldn't feel strange or be angry, she might be his girlfriend," I concluded. Why was I feeling sad and hurt?t Was it because he marked me already? "Why didn't he mark his girlfriend? Why did he choose you instead, or was it because he found you useful since you see vision and wouldn't want to lose someone like you?" Kyra queried. She was making sense,e thou. H, What if Alpha Axel wants me because of the gift I possess? I suddenly heard the door creaking, and I stood up and ran off immediately. I ran down the stairs and suddenly came across Jamie, "Hey dear, I'm looking for you, where did you go?" She asked, interlocking our fingers, and I smiled. "I felt bored and decided to take a tour around," I lied, and she smiled. "You should have come to my room if you got bored, we still have a lot of things to do together. Come, let me show you my room. You're always welcome into my room anytime, any day." She pulled me into another hallway till we got to her room. "Oh my Goodness!" I gasped as soon as we got into her room. Jeez! It looks like a Barbie's room, every single object in her room was pink. It was damn large, I counted five wardrobes and I guess they are all stacked with clothes. I couldn't stop looking around; her room was just so beautiful. Her dressing table was filled with numerous makeup kits from different brands; she was living an expensive life. She explained almost every single thing in our room, and after I had fed my eyes, we finally left the room. "Follow me, let's take a tour around the pack house, you will enjoy it." She suggested and pulled me along. Gosh! I am going to get drained out today, but she is fun to be with, I so much love her company. Immediately, we went out, the cool breeze hit us, and I inhaled sharply. She took me to the garden first, and the garden was so large and filled with different species of flowers. The scent oozing from the garden was refreshing, and I fell in love with the garden. We both sat in one corner of the garden and began playing with flowers. I guess I have found a favourite place I will be visiting all the time. "This garden has been my favourite spot since w was a kid, I spend all day in the garden writing poems." "You write poems?" I asked, surprisingly. "That was when I was still a kid, but I lost that talent after my mother died." She said slowly, and my face fell. "I am so sorry about that." "It's fine, I lost my mother when I was five, and Axel was ten then; it was a great loss because she was everything to me. She was the best friend and sister I never had, and she was the best mother one could ever ask for. After eight years, my father passed away too." She muttered and sniffed. I took her hands and squeezed them soothingly. "I am so sorry about that, you're a strong lady and don't stop being strong, I am sure your parents would be so proud of you and Alpha Axel." I smiled and she returned it. "My brother had been lonely all these years. He started ruling as an Alpha over the Wales pack at a tender age, and he had shown me so much love and care, and I had longed for him to have a mate who would love and cherish him. Promise me not to ever hurt or break my brother's heart," Jamie requested, looking straight into my eyes. I looked away immediately, the scene of Alpha Axel kissing another lady popped up in my memory, and I folded my fist. "I promise," I blurted out, and she suddenly hugged me. I just said that so I won't spoil things. She broke the hug, and silence ensued between us. "Does Alpha Axel have a girlfriend?" Those words rolled out from my lips all of a sudden, w..t was I thinking to have asked that? ?Does Alpha Axel have a girlfriend?" I suddenly asked, and Jamie looked at me, surprised I guess she wasn't expecting me to ask such a question, and I sincerely don't know when those words spilled out of my mouth. "Why do you ask?" She asked with a smile. "Nothing, but it's okay if you don't want to gianswerI understand." I rushed my words an,d she laughed loudly. "I understand that you're trying to be on the other side and also know everything about your man. My brother doesn't have a girlfriend," She replied, and I faked a smile. Like seriously? She will also lie to me? I wasn't expecting her to do that; I thought she was going to be sincere with me. "But he has a fuck mate," she added and I looked at her swiftly. Fuck mate? That word sounds quite offensive, I guess that lady I saw kissing Alpha Axel was his fuck mate. "But you shouldn't worry, he will end things with that bitch now he has you, her name is Mira and her father is the Gamma of our pack." She said resentfully, it seems she isn't on good terms with this Mira of a girl. "You hate her?" "Of course! I hate everything about her with passion, I est her, she irritates and disgusts me. "So, you haven't anything about yourself, like your family, how were they able to just release you to come with my brother?" She asked curiously, and I gulped. Should I tell her that I came here against my father's wishes? Even the Alpha of my pack wasn't in support of it, should I also tell her the reason why I am here? "I lost my mother at a very tender age; it has been just me and my father; he had no siblings. My father doesn't care about me or anything that concerns me saving helped him reduce his burden. My eyes shifted to the beautiful flowers surrounding me, and I gazed I veeded to the section where numerous rose flowers were planted and knelt in front of it. They plucked one of the rose flowers and inhaled its scent; it smelled real and was so refreshing. I tucked it into my hair and chuckled cutely. I wish I were somewhere with a mirror, I would have checked myself out with it. I suddenly felt a presence behind me and looked back immediately. A lady was standing beside me, and I instantly recognized her to be the lady I saw kissing Alpha Axel. I guess she was the one called Mira. She had this dangerous look and a proud smirk on her lips. I d.n't think she would be friendly. She stepped closer and removed the rose flower I tucked in her hair, she squeezed it and threw it on my face. I gulped and slowly stood up on my feet. I knew she wouldn't be nice or friendly with me. "Welcome to our pack, you will surely enjoy your stay here only if you don't claim what's mine. My eyes are on you, cuti," she said in a mocking and, and I gulped. "Hey, nice.. meeting you, I,, uttered and stretched my hands for a handshake. I knew I was acting stupidly. "I don't accept handshakes and, mind you, we are not friends." She snapped coldly, slapping my hands away. Our eyes suddenly met and I saw another version of her, her eye colors were fir,e ad, her tongue was thin and long, it stopped at her jaw. Her claws grew more than the length normal wolves do have, her Thee e became very scary and horrific. I became frightened and shifted back fearfully, closed my eyes, and opened them immediately. She was back to normal. What just happened? I just saw a vision, isnisn'te a werewolf? "What's going on here?" Jamie asked as she walked briskly towards us. Mira kept looking at me weirdly, wondering the reason why I was frightened. "Bitch! What did you do to her?" Jamie yelled as soon as she got to me. "Are you okay? Did she hurt you?" Jamie asked worriedly, I was to give answeraven't gotten over the shock. "Of course, I was only welcoming the future Luna of our pack, thou, because she is kind of weird." She said and laughed loudly. Her laugh sounded so strange in my ears, what.t the hell is she? "Leave this place! She doesn't need you to welcome her, bitch!" Jamie Cussecurseder. "And what if I don't?" Mira asked daringly. "Jamie, please allow her to go; she didn't do anything to me." I pleaded, hoping Jamie would listen to me. The two sounded as if they were going to fight wouldn't want that to happen. "You are st..." I interrupted Jamie immediately when I sensed she was about to cuss at Mira again. "Jamie, see," I pleaded, and she held back her tongue, breathing heavily. "That's the only thing you know how to do best, to make the loudest noise yet, you can't do more than fly. Weakling!" Mira spat and walked away laughing out loud, a witch. Jamie kept staring angrily at Mira till she went out of sight. "Calm down and just let her go," I pleaded as I led Jamie to sit. We both sat back on the grass, and we took a deep breath. "You're not telling me the truth, ht? She did something to you, I know how evil Mira can be, what.Didd she say to you?" Jamie persistedand sighed. "Seriously, she didn't say anything or hurt me, I am telling you the truth." I tried convincing Jamie. "But still, why were you frightened?" Oh! She noticed that? I can't possibly tell her my vision, she would think I am cooking it up or, I have gone crazy. "Oh th, at? It's nothing, so she is the one called Mira?" I asked, and Jamie nodded positively. "Yes, she is, don't hesitate to report to me if she tries anything stupid, that witch can be dangerous at times. You shouldn't worry, I am here for you, okay?" She caressed my cheeks, and I smiled. "Is she just Gamma's daughter or d, does she do something in the pack?" I queried. "She is in charge of training the female she-wolves to help them become stronger." "Wow! She must be real and strong," I commented, and Jamie scoffed. "Strong my foot, she is just too bossy." My mind drifted to the vision I saw earlier, and I became disturbed. What does that mean? Is she a witch because that's the exact description of a witch? I just need to keep shut and watch her closely, and I should be careful also when doing that. "Look what I got," Jamie revealed a wristband on her other wrist..t I gasped. It looked very beautiful and attractive. "It's for you," she said. My eyes widened. Thank you so much!" I gushed, and he smiled. She wore it for me, a nd I kissed the bracelet.
