Cabin snorted, "Your eyes have a yellowish tinge, ears turning dark, and a shallow groove beneath your nose. These are all signs of spleen and kidney deficiency. Early treatment and a balanced diet are necessary for self-preservation. You're here acting all tough, but with your puny physique, I could take you down with a single spit!"

Beau fumed, "What nonsense are you spouting?" He couldn't make sense of what Cabin was saying.

In reality, everything Cabin mentioned was part of the theory of a skilled traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. Once Miracle Cure was activated, even doctors at the city hospital would find it hard to keep up.

Just by looking at a person, you could see signs of their ailments in their facial features. Whites of the eyes tinged with yellow indicated excessive liver function consumption, often associated with indulgence in desires and excesses of alcohol and sexual activity. If the whites of the eyes had a mix of yellow and red veins, it was a clear sign of liver deficiency and kidney depletion. The philtrum is located just below the nose and above the upper lip. The "Backbone Meridian" is the sea of Yang Energy channels, and the "Abdomen Meridian" is the sea of Yin Energy channels. Both meridians are like a loop with no end, and the intersection of these two meridians is the philtrum, where the Yin Energy and Yang Energy converge. Clear grooves in the philtrum area indicated abundant kidney energy, while the opposite indicated kidney depletion.

Cabin could immediately tell that this young man was a hedonist, and he was suffering from kidney deficiency, likely at a point where without treatment, his health would deteriorate rapidly.

However, Beau didn't see it that way. He treated his indulgences as a skill. Partying every night, he thought his body was tough, often resorting to stimulants to bolster himself. He never considered the potential harm, assuming that being young made him invincible.

Hearing Cabin's words, he became instantly enraged. Seeing Cabin in shabby attire, he didn't take him seriously and tried to grab his collar.

With a "ptui," Cabin spat directly on his forehead. Beau was startled, and quickly tried to step back, but slipped, landing flat on his rear.

The onlookers burst into laughter. An elderly man chuckled, "You see, he said a spit would do you in, and it seems he wasn't wrong. You're quite feeble!"

Beau couldn't bear the humiliation. He struggled to get up, determined to attack again.

Eleanor couldn't let violence break out in her store. She hurried over to restrain him, "Beau, stop this."

"Today, I'll teach him a lesson. Get out of my way!"

Beau exerted force, pushing Eleanor away. While he might have a weaker constitution among men, Eleanor couldn't withstand his shove. Her high heels twisted, and she stumbled, falling onto the counter. Suddenly, she clutched her chest, gasping heavily.

"Eleanor, what's happening?" Several staff members were alarmed, rushing around to find medicine. But not knowing Eleanor's exact ailment, they were hesitant to administer any treatment.

Eleanor's prior agitation combined with Beau's push had caused her to have an urgent episode. She gasped heavily, her condition looking severe.

Beau, conscience-stricken, stammered, "Eleanor, what are you doing? Please don't play a trick on me. I just gave you a little push, it shouldn't be this serious, right?"

Cabin quickly recognized that Eleanor was suffering from an acute asthma attack. He pushed Beau aside and commented, "Step aside, your Western medicine seems quite lackluster."

"Oh, you're so brilliant, then why don't you help!" Beau was genuinely scared that Eleanor might die because of his actions. He couldn't afford to have a manslaughter charge on his hands.

Cabin approached Eleanor and placed her on the counter. He immediately unfastened her dress buttons without hesitation. Everyone was taken aback; what was this young man doing?

Some female staff members took out their phones, thinking of calling the police after witnessing Cabin's disrespectful behavior.

Cabin explained, "She's having an acute asthma attack. While this ailment requires time for a complete cure, we must provide immediate first aid, which can't be delayed."

With that, he lowered Eleanor's dress, exposing her back. Thankfully, she was wearing a camisole, or it would have been much more revealing.

Cabin took a silver needle from his pouch, the one he had just purchased. He inserted two silver needles into the Lung Meridian points on Eleanor's back.

Then he lifted her legs and placed her on her side on the counter. He inserted another silver needle into the acupoint on her knee.

With several needles in place, Eleanor began to relax, and her breathing slowed. Cabin gently massaged her back, and eventually, her condition stabilized.

Cabin removed the needles and helped her off the counter.

Eleanor hastily covered her breast with one hand, while the other shot up to deliver a resounding slap across Cabin's face. "Pervert! How dare you undress me!"

Even though she was in her thirties, being exposed in front of everyone, with her dress pulled down to her belly button, was incredibly embarrassing.

The elderly man who had been observing couldn't help but remark, "You, lady, are being unreasonable. Just a moment ago, you were about to pass out, and if it weren't for this young man's skills, would you still have the strength to hit someone?"

Cabin also explained, "Your condition wasn't suitable for moving around just now, so on-site treatment was necessary."

Eleanor realized the gravity of her situation; her asthma attack could have had dire consequences if left untreated. She looked at Cabin, a young man with striking features and a rugged charm despite his shabby attire.

Feeling embarrassed, she nodded and said, "I'm sorry. Thank you for your help earlier. Do you have medical skills?"

"Yes, I'm skilled in traditional Chinese medicine," Cabin replied. He then turned to look at Beau, who had lost face and was making a hasty exit.

In the background, the elderly man cleared his throat and spat out phlegm, which startled Beau and nearly caused him to slip down the steps. Laughter erupted from the onlookers.

Cabin added, "It seems this young man is indeed quite frail."

Cabin collected his silver needles and started to leave, but Eleanor called out to him, "Young man, wait."

Cabin paused and turned back to her. Eleanor walked over and said, "You... you were truly amazing just now. Would you mind giving me your phone number? We should keep in touch in the future."
