Orion Jiang frowned when he saw it.
Was Damian Lin seeking trouble?
He had retaliated against Agatha Lin so quickly.
"I was the one who hit him; this matter has nothing to do with you," Orion Jiang said directly. "I will handle it."
"No," Agatha Lin shook her head, her eyes red.
"Don't go to him; he might harm you. This guy is cruel and won't let you off easily."
"Also, my parents must not find out about this, or they will surely kick you out."
As long as Orion Jiang stayed at her home, Damian Lin couldn't do anything to him directly. However, if he was expelled from the house, Damian Lin would make sure Orion Jiang faced severe consequences.
"Isn't it just a job? The position at Lin's is gone. I can look for another one," Agatha Lin forced a smile. After saying that, she took a deep breath and started to organize her resume.
Orion Jiang remained silent. There was nothing he could say to this kind girl. All he could do was ensure that the person who had bullied her would pay the price.
Orion Jiang took out his cell phone and sent a text message. It was short, but it carried a determined resolve to make Damian Lin pay for his actions.

Damian Lin was feeling very proud at the moment. He believed that winning this project would elevate his status within the Lin family to another level.
It seemed only natural for him to become the future successor of the Lin family.
Despite his hands still being bandaged, Damian Lin took the contract and headed directly to the Huang Group.
"I'm here to meet with Mr. Huang for the contract signing," Damian Lin announced confidently as he approached the front desk.
"Hello, sir. Do you have an appointment?" the receptionist inquired.
"I am Damian Lin, the General Manager of Lin Group. I've been in discussions regarding this project with Mr. Huang for quite some time now. Today, we are here to finalize the contract."
Damian Lin felt somewhat irritated by the front desk's numerous inquiries.
"I'm very sorry, but Mr. Huang is currently unavailable for those who don't have an appointment," the receptionist replied with a light smile.
"I already told you, I'm the General Manager of Lin Group!"
"Apologies, I'm only aware of Miss Agatha Lin from Lin Group. Mr. Huang instructed me that if Miss Agatha Lin were to come, she could proceed directly, but others would need an appointment."
"You!" Damian Lin suddenly grew furious. What did this mean? Was Agatha Lin the one who held such a high status?
She could go up directly when she came, but she wasn't even qualified to see Mr. Huang. Why?
"This is a significant project, and any delays will have serious consequences. Are you prepared to take that responsibility?" Damian Lin retorted. He waved dismissively and added, "I can't be bothered with this. I'll go up by myself!"
He had taken only a few steps when a commanding voice interrupted him.
"It may be a small project to you, but I, Mr. Huang, take every project seriously!"
Mr. Huang had arrived!
Damian Lin quickly put on a polite smile and said with a touch of sarcasm, "Mr. Huang, I was just joking with them."
Mr. Huang responded firmly, "This project might be minor to you, but for me and Lin, it's significant."
He hurriedly approached and appeared quite respectful. "I've brought the contract. I'm not sure if Mr. Huang..."
"When did I ever say I wanted to sign a contract with someone from Lin?" Mr. Huang frowned.
Damian Lin was taken aback. He couldn't help but ask, "Has Agatha Lin made an agreement with you?"
"Yes, Agatha Lin negotiated with me and intends to sign. I will sign with her. Who are you?" Mr. Huang replied matter-of-factly.
Damian Lin grew even angrier. He was the Lin family's grandson and the General Manager of the Lin Group. Why was Mr. Huang questioning his identity?
"I..."
"I don't care who you are. I will only sign with Agatha Lin for this project," Mr. Huang asserted firmly. He had a stern expression, and a dozen security guards promptly rushed over, saying, "No one else is qualified to negotiate with me. Kindly leave!"
"Mr. Huang, Mr. Huang!" Damian Lin grew increasingly anxious. If this project went south, his family would be furious with him. While it might be a minor project for Mr. Huang, it had the potential to change the destiny of the Lin family.
"What? Are you trying to cause trouble?" Mr. Huang turned his head to glare at Damian Lin. Suddenly, his expression darkened. "Throw him out!"
Without giving Damian Lin a chance to react, a dozen security guards seized him and forcibly ejected him from the premises.
"Ouch!"
Damian Lin cried out in pain as his hand, which was still healing, took another hit. He had never been so humiliated as to be physically thrown out like this.
"Agatha Lin! Well done, Agatha Lin!"
Damian Lin's face turned red, and as he saw people around him staring, his anger flared even more. "It looks like you and this guy named Huang are really quite close!"
Why else would this "Huang" person only sign a contract with Agatha Lin and not with him?
Now that Agatha Lin had been dismissed by them, it was no longer her responsibility to deal with this matter.
But what if things didn't go as planned?
Fuming, Damian Lin clutched the contract and made his way immediately to Donovan Lin.
Meanwhile, on the top floor, Mr. Huang was respectfully making a phone call.
"Brother Fei, I've done as you requested. I'm curious, who is this influential figure that could have you, Brother Fei, extending the invitation?"
His demeanor was now marked by respect, and a touch of reverence, a complete departure from his attitude towards Damian Lin.
"He is my elder brother. He's not asking me to do anything. I'm just helping him. Do you understand?" came the voice from the other end of the phone, causing Mr. Huang to tremble and quickly nod in acknowledgment. "Understood!"
Brother Fei was already a figure of great mystery and influence. Just contemplating the prospect of Brother Fei's elder brother left Mr. Huang too frightened to even entertain.
"Hudson Huang, do you think that everything you've gained in Dong Hai City over the past five years was solely due to my efforts?" A Finn inquired.
Hudson Huang hurriedly replied, "If it weren't for Brother Fei's guidance and support, I, Hudson Huang, would still be nothing more than a street thug. There's no way I'd be where I am today."
"Think again," A Finn urged.
Hudson Huang paused, momentarily reconsidering. Was there more to it? However, it was undeniable that A Finn's assistance and insightful advice had played a pivotal role, enabling him to achieve significant victories at key moments and laying the foundation for his current success.
Without A Finn's guidance, Hudson Huang was acutely aware that he wouldn't have made it this far.
Suddenly, Adam's apple quivered, and his voice trembled. "Yes, the eldest brother's eldest brother?"
"Quite perceptive," A Finn's voice replied. "He can grant you everything with a single word. Similarly, he can strip you of everything you have with just a single word. Do you understand what I mean?"
"I understand!" Hudson Huang responded promptly. "Thank you, Brother Fei, for your guidance. Hudson Huang will certainly fulfill his role diligently."
A Finn didn't say anything more and ended the call.
Hudson Huang felt his legs grow a bit weak, so he walked over to the sofa, sat down, and let out a long exhale. Nervous sweat had formed on his forehead.
So, the person behind all this is the eldest brother, and it's solely because of his influence and words that I've reached this point today! What an incredible power that is.
It took him a while to compose himself, but the astonishment in his heart remained undiminished. In his mind, the eldest brother's eldest brother remained a shadow, but even this shadow was enough for him to hold in reverence.
"It seems that Agatha Lin is somehow connected to his eldest brother. Donovan Lin and his son truly have no idea what they're getting themselves into!" Mr. Huang took a deep breath and pushed aside the shock in his heart.
